  • About DINCWEAR

Dincwear was created in 2010 with the aim of producing the highest quality dancewear at affordable prices. In 2012 we were joined by the iconic designer, Mrs Jones, (most famous for her white dress in Kylie Minogue's video “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head”) to create dance-inspired fashion wear. Our dance and fashion wear has built a reputation both for its quality and its unique look. The brand has attracted a large “uber-cool” celebrity following from Little Mix to Rough Copy.

Company Success

We dressed the hip-hop dancers “Duplicate”, who won the Sky TV show “Got To Dance” and provided some of the outfits for “Flashdance - The Musical” in Amsterdam. The brilliant dancer's Boyband and Jonathan Lutwyche both wore our black harems with hidden shorts on ITV’S “The X Factor - The Final”.

A unique selling point of Dincwear is that we have put all the money generated from our clothing sales back into the dance world by producing spectacular dance shows. In 2011 we sponsored “MMXI” at Sadlers Wells and in 2012 we put on the hit West End Show “Revolution”, starring Adam Garcia and Kimberly Wyatt, at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket.
This sold-out show featured 22 of the top professional dancers in hip-hop, contemporary and tap, fusing the different dance styles in a way that has not been seen before or since. “Duplicate” was created for the Show. (Duplicate went on to win “Got To Dance” in 2014 – and £250,000!!).

On the 2016 series of BBC TV’s “Strictly Come Dancing” seven of the programmes stars, Karen Hauer, Natalie Lowe, Giovanni Pernice, Pasha Kovalev, Chloe Hewitt, Luba Mushtuk and Joanne Clifton (the series Winner) are often seen on television rehearsing in our range of DINCWEAR clothing.

Joanne Clifton then made our Dincwear Pro Shorts with Mesh the Official Outfit of "What A Feeling" The signature tune of Flashdance the Musical, wearing them on stage for the live shows.

In the 2018 series of BBC TV’s “Strictly Come Dancing” 15 of the programmes pro dance stars, are often seen on television rehearsing in our Pro Dincwear Clothing Range.
